To use our services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Publisher Responsibilities

Publishers must:

• Ensure all submitted content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Pay all fees associated with content sharing campaigns

5. Sharer Responsibilities

Sharers must:

• Only share content to authentic, personal social media accounts
• Not use automated sharing tools or engage in fraudulent activity
• Comply with all platform-specific rules of social media networks

6. Compensation

Sharers will be compensated according to the rates specified for each content sharing opportunity. Payments are processed upon request once the minimum withdrawal threshold is attained.

7. Content Ownership

Publishers retain all rights to their content. By submitting content, Publishers grant GigzSocial a limited license to distribute the content to Sharers.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Use the service to spread malware or spam
• Violate the terms of service of any social media platform

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

GigzSocial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
